Alex Ceban is a Certified Personal Trainer based in LoDo, neighborhood of Denver, CO. He started working as a Personal Trainer in 2011, and spent his first 5 years in business in New York City, training over 200 clients of various demographics and genders as well coaching personal trainers by doing seminars and workshops while he was working as a Fitness Manager. His training methods have a big emphasis on progressive calisthenics. Accordingly, his program design is built on a principle of increasing strength and skill level that results in dramatic improvement in body composition when combined with proper nutrition.

Since 2011, Alex Ceban has spent a significant amount of time on his education.  He has attained 12 various personal training certifications, and has attended dozens of advanced fitness workshops and seminars with some of the best strength coaches in the world.  He is constantly studying and reading about new advances in fitness to incorporate into his training methods.
