      <image:title>HOME - WHAT EXERCISES WILL WE DO?</image:title>
      <image:caption>We will do exercises that will make you stronger—that is going to be the focus of your program. Getting stronger will help you grow muscle, which, in return, will help you lose fat due to an increase in your metabolism. Examples of such exercises are squats, push ups, pull ups, lunges as well as more advanced exercises such as human flag, muscle ups and pistol squats once you get stronger. Any time my clients can't do a certain exercise, I make them do a regressed version (elevated push up instead of floor push ups for example). When my clients can comfortably do the exercise, then I do a progression (pistol squats instead of regular squats). The goal is to get you to the next level, no matter where you are starting.</image:caption>
