I was born and raised in Moldova Republic and migrated to United States when I was 20 yeas old. I am now a Certified Personal Trainer based in Upper East Side, NYC. I spent my first 5 years working as a Personal Trainer in NYC, training over 200 clients of all backgrounds and genders. I also coached personal trainers by doing seminars and workshops while working as a Fitness Manager. In 2016 I relocated to Atlanta and later to Denver to start my own personal training business. It was great, but I’ve missed NYC so much and decided to move back!
My training methods emphasize progressive calisthenics. Accordingly, my program design is built on a principle of increasing strength and skill level that results in dramatic improvement in body composition when combined with proper nutrition.
I have spent a significant amount of time on my education. I have attained 14 various personal training certifications and have attended dozens of advanced fitness workshops and seminars with some of the best strength coaches in the world. I am constantly studying and reading about new advances in fitness to incorporate into my training methods.

MY PHILOSOPHY IS SIMPLE. PEOPLE SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORKOUT ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.
Whether you are on a business trip, sitting at home without a gym membership, on vacation, or in any other situation, you should be able to work on your fitness! And that is exactly what my personal training service will help you with. My training methods don't require any equipment. Instead, I encourage my clients to use their own body to get stronger and faster and to feel and look better. I use simple, yet very effective, personal training programs that are based on progressive calisthenics.
My clients come to me with varying goals: some want to lose weight, others want to get stronger, and some just want to get healthier. With goals like these, I find it very important to have a performance oriented program that is accompanied with proper nutrition. When you get stronger and faster, your body has to adopt to these new demands, and that's when it starts losing fat, gaining muscle and improving on many other levels. Having a performance-based goal will also make your training process more meaningful, fun and motivating. Why go to the gym to use boring machines and that rusty elliptical when you could be working on pull ups, pistol squats, handstands, or sprints? I’ve trained many clients who got to the point where they were able to do those things in a matter of months, and guess what? They look and feel much better than before they started training. It always works.
CALISTHENICS PHYSIQUE
I participated in a WNBF Men's Physique Competition, where I placed 1st in the tall category. I was the only bodyweight athlete in my group, but that didn't stop me from winning. Prior to the show, I used the same strength training approach to loose fat that I have used many times with my clients. It is worth mentioning that I did exclusively bodyweight training (calisthenics) strength training program for 2 years straight prior to signing up for this physique show. I did it as an experiment to see if doing only calisthenics can work - it did.
